Administrative Fellowship ( 4 items ) Background Community Emergency Departments have a continuous need of residency-trained, board certified, emergency physicians to fill both clinical and leadership roles. The Department of Emergency Medicine at OHSU proposes an Administrative Fellowship for board-prepared or board-certified emergency physicians. Objective To develop leadership skills of future emergency department medical directors through practical experiences at OHSU in clinical operations, quality management, service excellence, general management and financial management.
