Administrative Fellowship in Emergency Medicine
Background
Community Emergency Departments have a continuous need of residency-trained, board certified, emergency physicians to fill both clinical and leadership roles.
Objective
To develop leadership skills of future emergency department medical directors through practical experiences at OHSU in clinical operations, quality management, service excellence, general management and financial management.
Requirements
The fellowship would require a two-year commitment to complete the clinical fellowship requirements. However, three years are required to complete the associated MBA program.

A CV should be attached to the initial communication. U.S. graduates of either accredited 3 or 4 year Emergency Medicine Residency are welcome. There is an opportunity and funding to complete a masters degree through the Division of Management at OHSU.
